Warner’s experience in creating charitable giving programs targeting Millennials led to the development of Arborjet’s “Taking Root” College Scholarship Program which helps young students fulfill their dreams of entering careers in the arboriculture industry.
As a leader in the care of America’s urban and natural forests, Arborjet is committed to giving promising high school seniors the help and financial support they need to pursue this career path. The Program recognizes 10 graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated achievement in their schools and communities, and who plan to bring their skills and talents to arboriculture. Each received a $1,000 scholarship to pursue full-time studies in Forestry, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, Entomology, Environmental Science or a related major at an accredited two-year or four-year college.
